Our longest serving employee Shaun Slater, CNC horizontal borer operator, was presented with a certificate and gift of appreciation for 40 years’ service on 26th November 2024 by Managing Director, Martin Hodgkinson. Having started his working life as a YTS trainee at a local company, Shaun later joined J P Forrest & Son at the age of 17 as a driller and general labourer, progressing to milling and turning, then becoming a trainee horizontal borer operator in October 1989.
